TPU-LW hat eine gute Flexibilität, ist schwer zu reißen und weist eine gute Rückstellfähigkeit auf. Als flexibles Schaummaterial ist das gedruckte Objekt weich und hautfreundlich und eignet sich für flexible Wearables und COSPLAY-Modelldrucke.
Dank fortschrittlicher physikalischer Mikrokügelchen-Schäumtechnologie erreicht TPU-LW ein bemerkenswertes maximales Schäumverhältnis von bis zu 200 %, was eine präzise Volumenausdehnung ermöglicht und gleichzeitig das Gewicht Ihrer Drucke erheblich reduziert. Steuern Sie das Schäumverhältnis einfach über die Drucktemperatureinstellungen, um unterschiedliche Weichheitsgrade zu erzielen. Die Shore-Härte kann nahtlos im Bereich von 77A bis 93A angepasst werden, um verschiedenen Anwendungsanforderungen gerecht zu werden.

The foaming rate varies at different temperatures. You will need to adjust the flow rate ratio based on the corresponding parameters; please refer to the foaming ratio chart for details.
The material foams and expands upon heating inside the nozzle, making retraction impossible to control. Retraction must be disabled during printing to prevent clogging caused by retraction moves.
We recommend printing only one model at a time to minimize travel moves and reduce stringing. (Since retraction cannot be controlled, some stringing is unavoidable.)
When foaming occurs, printing speeds should not change too abruptly. We recommend setting a uniform speed for all print moves (outer walls, inner walls, infill, supports, and top layers).
We do not recommend using the AMS with this flexible, lightweight material. We suggest using an external spool setup, placing the filament in a dry box during printing, and minimizing the length of the guide tube to ensure smooth feeding.
TPU filament absorbs moisture easily; we recommend drying it before printing. The recommended drying conditions are 55°C for more than 4 hours.
